Vahdat Hall is one of the largest theaters and concert halls, which is managed by a group called Rudaki Art Cultural Foundation. Other halls covered by Rudaki Foundation include Azadi Tower, Hafez Hall and Ferdowsi Hall. After the revolution, this complex continued to operate under the supervision of the Ministry of Guidance, and the managing director of the Rudaki Art Cultural Foundation was appointed by the Minister of Culture and Islamic Guidance. They failed to communicate socially in the field of art.
